Note     The Act, s 137 provides for interstate orders (and amendments) to be registered in court if the property (or part of the property) is situated in the ACT. They may be registered in the Supreme Court or the Magistrates Court (see the Act, s 238, s 240 and s 241). Registration is required to be in accordance with the procedure of the relevant court (see the Act, s 137 (5)).
