SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 10 OF 1996) - REG 7

    (a)     by omitting subrule (2); and

    (b)     by omitting from subrule (3) “subsection 7V (3) of the Evidence Act 1905 of the Commonwealth” and substituting “ subsection 8 (1) of the Foreign Evidence Act 1994 of the Commonwealth”.
