SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1995) - REG 3

3. Rule 6A of Order 4 of the Principal Rules is amended—

    (a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

    “(b)     in relation to a writ issued during the period commencing on 1 June 1994 and ending on 31 March 1995—$614;

        (c)     in relation to a writ issued on or after 1 April 1995—$619.”; and

    (b)     by omitting paragraph (2) (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

    “(b)     in relation to a writ issued during the period commencing on 1 June 1994 and ending on 31 March 1995—$678;

        (c)     in relation to a writ issued on or after 1 April 1995—$684.”.
