SUPREME COURT (FEES) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 13 OF 1993) - REG 6

6. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following item:

“11.

For opening the offices of the Court—

(a) between 9.00 a.m. and 9.15 a.m. or between 4.15 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. on a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday; or

(b) at any time—

(i) on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday; or

(ii) outside the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on a day of the week other than a day referred to in subparagraph (i)
