SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 13 OF 1995)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Rules commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
   2.      In these Rules, “Principal Rules” means the Supreme Court Rules.  
   3.      After Part 13A of the Principal Rules the following Part is inserted:  

   PART 13B--APPEALS FROM THE TENANCY TRIBUNALORDER 82B

   4.      The First Schedule to the Principal Rules is amended by adding at the end the following forms:
