SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 21 OF 1992) - REG 6
6. Rules 17, 18 and 19 of Order 81 of the Principal Rules are repealed and the following rule is substituted:
Setting down appeal
“17. The date for the hearing of an appeal may be
fixed by the Registrar, on the Registrar's motion or on the request of a
party, when the Registrar is satisfied that the appeal is ready for
hearing.”.
