SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 35 OF 1993) - REG 31

    (a)     by omitting from subrule (1) “must” and substituting “shall”; and

    (b)     by adding at the end the following subrule:

“(2) This rule applies only to companies placed in official management before 23 June 1993.”.
