Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(a) by omitting paragraph (c) from the definition of “prescribed information” in subrule (1) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(c) unless the company to which the proceedings relate is the applicant or has entered an appearance in the proceedings—a statement of the address of the company's registered office, as determined by a search, made not earlier than 7 days before the application was filed, of records maintained by the Commission;”;
(b) by omitting the definition of “liquidator” in subrule (1); and
(c) by inserting in subrule (1) the following definitions:
“ ‘ASC Law' has the meaning provided for by section 1D of the Australian Securities Commission Act 1989 of the Commonwealth;
‘controller' means a controller of property of a company;
‘Corporations Law' has the meaning provided for by section 14 of the Corporations Act 1989 of the Commonwealth;
‘Corporations Regulations' has the meaning provided for by section 14 of the Corporations Act 1989 of the Commonwealth;”.
