SUPREME COURT RULES AMENDMENT (2000 NO 17) - REG 11

    Rule 1 of Order 61A is amended—

    (a)     by omitting paragraph (n); and

    (b)     by adding at the end the following note:

    “Note Part 16 of the Corporations Law Rules 2000 deals with the powers of the master in relation to the Corporations Law and the ASC Law. ”.
