SUPREME COURT RULES AMENDMENT (2000 NO 23) - REG 11

    Order 76, rule 14 is amended by omitting subparagraph (b) (i) and substituting the following subparagraph:

    “(i)     a report from the chief executive (as required by subsection 41 (2) of the Act); and”.
