        (c)     under a provision of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwlth) mentioned in column 2, or a provision of the Corporations Rules 2001 mentioned in column 3, of an item in schedule 2, part 1; and

        (d)     under a provision of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cwlth) mentioned in column 2, or a provision of the Corporations Rules 2001 mentioned in column 3, of an item in schedule 2, part 2.
