SUPREME COURT RULES AMENDMENT (2001 NO 23) - REG 6

4A     Appeals from decisions etc of registrar in relation to corporations

An application for the review of a decision, direction or act of the registrar made, given or done under the Corporations Rules 2001 must be made within—

        (a)     21 days after the decision, direction or act; or

        (b)     any further time allowed by the court.
