SECURITY INDUSTRY AMENDMENT REGULATION 2012 (NO 1) (NO 20 OF 2012) - REG 2

    (1)     Sections 3 and 4 commence on the day after this regulation's notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     The remaining provisions commence immediately after the commencement of the Security Industry Amendment Act 2011 , part 3.
