    (3A)     The following are prescribed for information relating to ownership of property for the purpose of issuing a notice under the Emergencies Act 2004

, section 106 (Direction to remove flammable material from premises):

        (a)     chief officer (fire and rescue);

        (b)     chief officer (rural fire service).
