TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR REGULATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1986) - REG 10

10. Regulation 28 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “(not being a journey outside the City Area)”;

        (b)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “or, where more than 1 kilometre rate will apply to that journey, for the initial part of that journey by that taxi and” and substituting “, and”; and

        (c)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) “or the hiring is for a journey outside the City Area,”.
