TRADE MEASUREMENT (PRE-PACKED ARTICLES) REGULATIONS (NO. 29 OF 1991) - REG 15

15. (1) If a measurement marking includes a fraction of a unit of measurement, it must be expressed as a decimal sub-multiple of the unit.

(2) Whether a measurement marking is a whole multiple or a sub-multiple, or a combination of both, it must express a degree of accuracy to not more than 3 significant figures.
