TRADE MEASUREMENT (PRE-PACKED ARTICLES) REGULATIONS (NO. 29 OF 1991) - REG 38

        (a)     be made to the administering authority in writing signed by or on behalf of the applicant;

        (b)     specify the grounds in section 39 of the Act that are relied on by the applicant; and

        (c)     give particulars of the facts justifying reliance on those grounds.
