TRADE MEASUREMENT (PRE-PACKED ARTICLES) REGULATIONS (NO. 29 OF 1991) - REG 8

8. (1) When a pre-packed article is packed or sold, the package containing the article must be marked with the name and address of the person who packed the article or on whose behalf it was packed.

(2) That marking must be—

(a) readily visible and legible; and

(b) such as to enable the person named to be identified and located.

(3) The address marked must be an address in a State or internal Territory at which, under a law in force in that State or Territory, notices or legal process may be served on the person named.
