TRADE MEASUREMENT (MEASURING INSTRUMENTS) REGULATIONS (NO. 27 OF 1991) - REG 27 27. A person who uses a measuring instrument for trade in contravention of a provision of these Regulations is guilty of an offence punishable on conviction, where no other penalty is prescribed, by a fine not exceeding $2,000.
