TRADE MEASUREMENT (WEIGHBRIDGES) REGULATIONS (NO. 30 OF 1991) - REG 25

        (a)     fails to comply with a requirement of Schedule 1 when the weighbridge is in use for public weighing;

        (b)     alters the original of a measurement ticket after a copy of it has been issued;

        (c)     issues a measurement ticket that is not a correct copy of the original;

        (d)     removes from a book, or issues, an original measurement ticket;

        (e)     removes, or permits to be removed, from a book an unused measurement ticket; or

        (f)     uses the weighbridge for public weighing when he or she knows, or has reason to believe, that the weighbridge is incorrect.

Penalty: $2,000.
