UTILITIES (WATER RESTRICTIONS) REGULATIONS 2002 (NO 33 OF 2002) - REG 13

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     an authorised person for a utility has given the person a direction under regulation 12; and

        (b)     the person contravenes the direction.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
