VICTIMS OF CRIME REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 51) - REG 13

(1)      Meetings of the board are to be held at the times and places it decides.

(2)      However, the board must meet at least once every 3 months.

(3)      The chairperson—

        (a)     may at any time call a meeting of the board; and

        (b)     must call a meeting if asked by the Minister or at least 6 members.
