Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the affected person is dissatisfied with the reviewable decision, the affected person may apply in writing to the responsible service agency for an internal review of the reviewable decision.
(2) The responsible service agency must arrange for a person not involved in making the decision (the internal reviewer ) to review the decision.
