Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The internal reviewer must review the reviewable decision, and confirm, vary or revoke the decision, within 28 days after the responsible service agency receives the application for internal review of the decision.
(2) If the decision is not varied or revoked within the 28 days, the decision is taken to have been confirmed by the internal reviewer.
(3) As soon as practicable after reviewing the decision, the internal reviewer must give written notice of the decision on the internal review to the affected person.
(4) The notice must be in accordance with the requirements of the code of practice in force under subsection 25B (1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989 .
