Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A candidate for an election may appoint a scrutineer to represent the candidate during the scrutiny for the election.
(2) An appointment may be made by giving the electoral commissioner—
(a) written notice, signed by the candidate, stating the name and address of the scrutineer; and
(b) an undertaking signed by the scrutineer.
Note If a form is approved under the Act, s 138 for an undertaking, the form must be used.
