Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsIn deciding a disputed election application, the Court of Disputed Elections must not have regard to any evidence that a person was not allowed to cast a vote in an election unless the court is satisfied that the person—
(a) claimed to vote under this regulation; and
(b) complied with the requirements of this regulation for voting to the extent that the person was allowed to do so.
