VETERINARY SURGEONS REGULATION 2015 (NO 39 OF 2015) - REG 97

In a proceeding, the Court of Disputed Elections—

        (a)     must be guided by the substantial merits and good conscience of the case; and

        (b)     is not bound by technicalities, legal forms or the rules of evidence, but may inform itself in the way it considers appropriate.
