Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The owner of premises may apply, in writing, to the chief executive for a certificate of compliance for plumbing or sanitary drainage work.
(2) The chief executive must issue a certificate of compliance if satisfied that the plumbing or sanitary drainage work complies with these regulations.
(3) A person must not use plumbing or sanitary drainage work unless a certificate of compliance has been issued for the work .
Maximum penalty (subregulation (3)): 10 penalty units.
