Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) It is a condition of a rehabilitation provider's approval that the rehabilitation provider maintain an organisational structure that allows the rehabilitation provider to provide appropriate, adequate and timely vocational rehabilitation services for injured workers.
(2) In particular, the rehabilitation provider must be able to contact an injured worker by close of business on the day after the day the worker is referred to the rehabilitation provider for vocational rehabilitation.
