WORKERS COMPENSATION REGULATIONS 2002 (NO 20 OF 2002) - REG 31

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, approve a protocol about vocational rehabilitation.

    (2)     An approved protocol is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
