Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) For the Act, chapter 12 (On-the-spot fines), a prescribed offence is an offence against a provision of the Act mentioned in an item in schedule 2, column 2.
(2) For the definition of on-the-spot fine in the Act, section 198 (Definitions for ch 12), the prescribed fine in relation to an offence prescribed by subregulation (1) is the fine specified in column 3 of the item in schedule 2 that relates to the offence.
