WORKERS COMPENSATION RULES 2002 (NO 21 OF 2002) - REG 13

The copies required by the registrar on filing an application are—

        (a)     1 for each respondent; and

        (b)     for each respondent who is an employer other than a
self-insurer—1 for the respondent's insurer.
