Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsSubject to any direction of the court, if the costs of an arbitration or related proceeding are to be taxed, the Supreme Court Rules apply to the taxation with any necessary changes.
Note The regulations provide that unless the court otherwise orders, costs must not exceed 2/3 of the prescribed scale of costs set out in the Supreme Court Rules , schedule 4.
