WORKERS' COMPENSATION RULES(AMENDMENT) (NO. 40 OF 1997)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Rules commence on the day on which section 4 of the Workers' Compensation (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1997 commences.  
   2.      In these Rules, “Principal Rules” means the Workers' Compensation Rules.  
   3.      After rule 31 of the Principal Rules the following rule is inserted:  
   4.      Rule 63 of the Principal Rules is repealed.
