Part 20.4A     Modification of Act

816A     Modification of Act, pt 20—Act, s 306

The Act, part 20 applies as if the following section were inserted:

‘305A     Investigations under Work Safety Act 2008

    (1)     This section applies to an investigation under the Work Safety Act 2008 of an event, accident or other incident that happened before the commencement day.

    (2)     An inspector under this Act may exercise any function of an inspector under the Work Safety Act 2008 in relation to the investigation.

    (3)     This section expires on the day the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 , chapter 20 expires.'
