Dictionary, new definitions

insert

"licensed asbestos assessor "means a person who holds an asbestos assessor licence.

"licensed asbestos removalist "means a person conducting a business or undertaking who is licensed under this regulation to carry out Class A asbestos removal work or Class B asbestos removal work.

"licensed asbestos removal work" means asbestos removal work for which a Class A asbestos removal licence or Class B asbestos removal licence is required.
