WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATION 2014 (NO 2) (NO 20 OF 2014) - REG 59
Dictionary, new definition of combustible dust
insert
"combustible dust" means finely divided solid particles (including dust,
fibres or flyings) that are—
(a)
suspended in air or settle out of the atmosphere under their own
weight; and
(b) able to burn or
glow in the air; and
(c) able to
form an explosive mixture with air at atmospheric pressure and normal
temperature.
