WASTE MINIMISATION REGULATIONS 2001 (2001 NO 24) - REG 10

Hindrance or obstruction of person providing garbage service

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct someone else who is acting in the course of providing a garbage service.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
