WATER POLLUTION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 9 OF 1991) - REG 7

7. Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from subregulation (2) “a non-filtrable residue” and substituting “total suspended solids”; and

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) “matter” and substituting “solids”.
