WEAPONS REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1996) - REG 3

    (a)     by inserting at the beginning the following subregulation:

“(1) For the purposes of paragraph 5 (1) (nc) of the Act, the following sporting organisations are prescribed:

ACT Athletics Inc.

ACT Cross Country Inc.

ACT Little Athletics Association Inc.

ACT Veterans Athletics Club Inc.

Canberra Yacht Club

Yachting Association of NSW (ACT Zone Committee).”; and

    (b)     by omitting “For the” and substituting “ (2) For the”.
