Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(a) the person is, by reason of his or her disability, incapable of participating in a sport or recreation normally involving the use of hand thrown darts; and
(b) the person is in possession of a dart for the purpose of enabling the person to participate in a sport or recreation of a type referred to in paragraph (a).
