WEAPONS REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 6 OF 1995)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
   2.      In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Weapons Regulations.  
   3.      Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following definition:“ ‘catapult' means a device designed for use with, or a component part of which is, a brace that fits or rests on the forearm or on another part of the body of the user and supports the wrist against the tension of elastic material used to project a projectile;”.  
   4.      After regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
