Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A licence to carry out a class of high risk work issued under this part is cancelled if the licensee is issued with a licence to carry out the work under a corresponding law.
(2) The cancellation takes effect when the licence under the corresponding law is issued.
(3) If a licence to carry out a class of high risk work is cancelled under this section, the licensee must surrender the licence to the chief executive not later than 14 days after the day the cancellation takes effect.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(4) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
