WORK SAFETY REGULATION 2009 (NO 45 OF 2009) - REG 151

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     issues a statement of attainment; and

        (b)     either—

              (i)     knows the statement is not issued in accordance with this part; or

              (ii)     is reckless about whether the statement is issued in accordance with this part.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
