Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This section applies if, under this part, the chief executive asks a person who is licensed to carry out high risk work to give the chief executive a document or information the chief executive considers relevant.
Note The Legislation Act, s 170 and s 171 deal with the application of the privilege against selfincrimination and client legal privilege.
(2) The person must give the document or information to the chief executive within—
(a) 14 days after the day the chief executive asks for the document or information; or
(b) if the chief executive states another time to provide the document or information—that time.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
