Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsA registered training organisation may provide construction induction training, and issue a statement of attainment for the training, to a person only if the organisation—
(a) has told the chief executive that it intends to provide training and issue statements; and
(b) has entered into an agreement with the chief executive about the training and issue of statements.
