Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person may apply to a registered training organisation for a statement of attainment for construction induction training.
(2) The registered training organisation may only issue the statement of attainment for construction induction training to the person if the person has satisfactorily completed the training mentioned in section 170.
