APPRENTICESHIP REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT)


EXPLANATORY STATEMENT


No. 15 of 1986

The Apprenticeship Regulations (Amendment) prescribes the rate of $8.00 per day as the new rate of living allowance payable under sub-section 22 (3) of the Apprenticeship Ordinance 1936, to an apprentice attending a prescribed course outside the ACT. This is in substitution for the previous figure of $30.00 per week.
