Outline

The objective of the regulations is to establish an exemption for vendors of the Big Issue to be exempt from the Hawkers Act 2003.

Formal Clauses

Clause 1 and 2 are formal requirements. They deal with the short title of the regulations and the commencement provisions.

Clause 3 excludes the vendors of the Big Issue who are authorised by the corporation to sell the magazine from the Hawkers Act 2003.
