Regulation 2015 (No

Outline
This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2010 (the Liquor Regulation).
Existing section 1.9(2) of schedule 1 of the Liquor Regulation prohibits a liquor serving counter for an outdoor dining area at licensed premises.
This regulation removes this prohibition on the basis that is an unnecessary constraint on business in managing customer service.
